中文摘要	信息技术和语言技术结合,在国内外语言教学中,得到了普遍重视。文章针对我国大学英语教学现状,由信息技术发展和语言教学的关联切入,通过清华大学外文系"快乐英语写作"教学团队多年探索在教学、评价、学习、研究四个方面运用信息技术的课程教学实践描述分析,旨在构建信息技术在大学英语课程中的运用框架并论证其特点。最后讨论语言教师在信息技术运用时面对的挑战和机遇等问题,从而探索新时期英语教学的改革出路。; To integrated information technology into language teaching is a common interest of practitioners and researchers of the language teaching field worldwide. This paper is to map out an information technology application framework through description and analysis of the teaching,learning,assessing and researching processes of a College English course in Mainland China in a reformative manner.
