中文摘要为制备具有良好生物相容性的植入性人造头发,采用液相原位聚合法制备了聚吡咯/涤纶单丝,并对其性能进行测试。采用扫描电镜、红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱等测试手段,确定聚吡咯的存在,分析碱减量处理时间对聚吡咯镀膜量的影响,同时测试碱减量处理及吡咯聚合前后单丝力学性能的变化,并对单丝的细胞相容性进行测试。结果表明,无论是否经过碱减量处理,都能够在涤纶单丝表面聚合生成聚吡咯,经过碱减量处理的单丝聚吡咯含量较高。单丝经碱减量处理后力学性能有所降低,而吡咯聚合后力学性能升高。经吡咯处理后单丝的细胞相容性有所提高。; In order to prepare an artificial hair for implantation,which has good cytocompatibility, polypyrrole / polyester monofilaments were prepared by liquid in-situ polymerization and their performance was tested using scanning electron microscopy,FT-IR spectroscopy and X ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The presence of polypyrrole was confirmed,and the influence of duration of alkali weight-reduction treatment on the coated polypyrrole content was investigated. Meanwhile,the mechanical properties of monofilaments after alkali treatment and before and after polypyrrole polymerization were analyzed. The cytocompatibility of the filaments was tested. The results showed that polypyrrole can be formed on the surface of polyester monofilaments with and without the alkali weight-reduction treatment, but the monofilaments subjected to the alkali weight-reduction treatment have higher polypyrrole content. The mechanical properties of the monofilaments were decreased after alkali treatment,but increased after polypyrrole polymerization. Furthermore,the cytocompatibility of polyester monofilaments improved after pyrrole polymerization.
