中文摘要目的评价Sysmex XE-5000、XT-4000i血细胞分析仪测定幼稚粒细胞百分数与显微镜计数方法的一致性。方法随机抽取274例血液标本,分别在2 h内用XE-5000与XT-4000i测定幼稚粒细胞百分数,并采用SP1000i全自动推片机制备血涂片进行显微镜计数,对仪器检测结果和显微镜复检结果进行相关分析。结果 XE-5000与XT-4000i的测定结果和显微镜计数幼稚粒细胞百分数均显示有较好的相关性(R25000=0.968 9,R24000i=0.960 3)。结论 XE-5000与XT-4000i自动检测幼稚粒细胞的准确性均较高,只要按照复检规则对血细胞分析结果进行复检,幼稚粒细胞参数完全可直接应用于临床。; [Objective]To evaluate the uniformity of immature granulocyte detection by Sysmex XE-5000 hematology analyzer,XT-4000i hematology analyzer and microscopic counting.[Methods]A total 274 blood samples were randomly collected and detected respectively with XE-5000 and XT-4000i for the percentage of immature granulocyte within 2 hours. The blood smears were reviewed by Sysmex SP1000i. Analysis of correlation was made between the two hematology analyzers' results and microscopic counting.[Results]The results of Sysmex XE-5000 and XT-4000i had good correlations with microscopic counting( R25000 = 0. 968 9,R24000i = 0. 960 3). [Conclusion]The results of immature granulocyte detected by Sysmex XE-5000 and XT-4000i hematology analyzers are very accurate. The parameter of immature granulocyte can be directly used in clinical work,by carrying out results review in accordance with the criteria.
