中文摘要作为位置感知类应用的关键支撑技术,基于802.11网络的室内定位一直以来是一个重要的研究领域.大部分研究工作基于可操作性较强的对无线信号的测量,但同时也面临着室内环境异质性所带来的信号传播过程异常复杂难于建模的挑战.本文挖掘并利用了用户移动过程中信号传播的具有较强确定性的关键特征,同时结合用户的移动方向共同确定用户相对于关联AP的方位,辅以对用户和AP之间距离的估计,有效地提升了定位和追踪精度,且算法将内在地适用于用户追踪的场景.在生产环境802.11网络中进行的大规模定位和追踪实验表明,本文所设计算法可快速部署于现有的移动设备和Wi-Fi网络基础设施上,在无需大量现场勘测工作的情况下可实现70%情况下3.7至5.4米以内的定位精度,满足大部分室内位置感知类应用的定位和追踪需求.; Indoor localization based on 802. 11 wireless networks has long been an import research field,which provides enabling technologies for location-aware mobile applications. One of the most challenging factors to radio-based approaches would be the heterogeneity of indoor environment that makes signal propagation complex and difficult for modeling. This work exploits the more deterministic characteristic of signal propagation when users are moving and conjointly leverage motion direction to reckon user azimuth relative to the AP it associates with. Together with distance between AP and user estimated through an empirical model,the accuracy of positioning and tracking is effectively promoted and the algorithm is inherently applicable for user tracking scenario. Results of extensive positioning and tracking experiments conducted in large scale production WLAN show that the proposed scheme could be rapidly deployed on off-the-shell mobile phones and WLAN infrastructures nowadays and achieved accuracy of 3. 7 to 5. 4 meters with probability 0. 7 without manpower intensive site survey,which is competent for general indoor location-aware applications.
