中文摘要	从已有的市场视角和技术体制视角,对我国船舶制造业的追赶提出了新的理论解释,认为中国船舶制造业追赶路径的具体内容是:采取模仿创新、自主集成创新和合作创新三者结合的方式开展产品创新和工艺创新,从主流船型、高技术船型和船舶制造技术三个方面寻求突破。我国船舶制造业的追赶具有两个明显的特点:一是依托国际市场实现追赶;二是采取"以我为主"、集成和利用全球技术的创新能力积累方式。这样的方式对于全球充分竞争、强累积技术体制的船舶制造业来说刚好是适合的。; This paper contributes to the industry catch-up research from the perspectives of market and technology regime.It concludes the catch-up path as:integrating imitation innovation,indigenous innovation and cooperative innovation,and gets a balance between product innovation and process innovation to make breakthrough in dominant ship models,high technology based ship models,and manufacturing technologies.The main findings are:the catch-up is finished in a global market;the accumulation of innovation capability is realized by self reliance via integrating and leveraging global technologies.This catch-up mode fits well with the global perfect competition and accumulation technology regimes in shipbuilding industry.
