中文摘要建设教师自主驱动的人才培养质量保障机制应该成为高校努力的方向,为此,高校在掌握教师自主驱动的质量保障循环特点的基础上,需要做好以下几方面工作:树立以教师为本的质量保障理念、在教师岗位聘任中强调教育教学能力、通过各种方式持续提高教师教育教学水平、在绩效薪酬制度改革中引导教师重视和投入教学以及出台各种激励措施形成教师重视质量的长效机制。; Constructing a teacher-driven quality assurance mechanism for talent training should become a university's target.Accordingly,on the basis of mastering the characteristics of the teacherdriven quality assurance cycle,a university is expected to perform the following jobs:establishing the concept of teacher-oriented quality assurance,emphasizing the educating and teaching ability in teacher assignments,improving teachers' educating and teaching ability continuously by various means, prompting teachers to attach importance to and put efforts into teaching in the reform of the performance pay system,and introducing various incentive measures to develop a long-term mechanism for ensuring that teachers take teaching quality seriously.
