中文摘要 | 基于有限元分析方法对Y形圈的抗挤出性能和摩擦性能进行优化。分析Y形圈在不同介质压力下的密封性能和抗挤出能力,提出对Y形圈进行根部倒角的方法以改善其根部在较高介质压力的抗挤出能力,并通过对不同倒角大小的抗挤出效果的分析,选择在标准沟槽下的合适倒角值;采用正交实验设计方法分析Y形圈各关键结构参数对其摩擦性能的影响,基于总径向力和最大接触压力这两个指标对结构参数水平进行优选,使优化的Y形圈结构具有较低摩擦力和较高接触压力,从而改善了Y形圈的摩擦性能。; A method to optimize the extrusion resistance and abrasion resistance of Y-sealing ring based on finite element analysis was described.The sealing performance and extrusion resistanceof Y-sealing ring under diverse pressures were analyzed,rounding chamfer was suggested to improve the extrusion resistance of the root of the original structure of Y-sealing ring at high fluid pressure,and suitable chamfer length was chosen by analyzing.The orthogonal design method was used to investigate the effects of structure parameters of Y-sealing ring on friction performance,and optimal values of parameters were chosen based on total radial force and max contact pressure.The optimized structure of Y-sealing ring has higher contact pressure and lower friction. |
