中文摘要轴向柱塞泵滑靴的底面结构直接影响滑靴副的油膜性能,为了摸索出一种适合于35 MPa高压轴向柱塞泵的滑靴结构,在分析滑靴副油膜压力调节原理的基础上,利用ANSYS软件的FLUENT模块,分别对具有内辅助支承面(简称为"一环结构")及具有内、外辅助支承面(包括"二环连通结构"和"二环不连通结构")底面结构的滑靴对油膜性能的影响进行数值分析。分析结果表明,"二环连通结构"滑靴的性能最差,而"二环不连通结构"的滑靴的综合性能最优,是研制35 MPa高压轴向柱塞泵的首选结构。但"二环不连通结构"的滑靴由于"一环"和"二环"间的外支承面属于高温区,且在密封带到边缘之间的坡度槽处压力损失过大,需进一步优化设计。; The bottom structure of the slipper in axial piston pump directly influences oil film performance of the slipper pair. In order to seek a kind of slipper structure for the high pressure axial piston pump of 35 MPa,the regulating principle of oil film pressure of the slipper pair was analyzed,and the influences of three slippers with different bottom structures on oil film performance were investigated respectively by means of FLUENT module of ANSYS software,including the slippers with bottom structure of inner auxiliary supporting surface( called one-ring structure) and bottom structure of inner and outer auxiliary supporting surface( called two-ring structure,including tworing connected structure and two-ring disconnected structure). The results show that the slipper of two-ring connected structure has the worst comprehensive performances,while the slipper of two-ring disconnected structure has the best comprehensive performances,and it is recommended as the slipper for developing the high pressure axial piston pump of 35 MPa. But,for the two-ring disconnected structure,the outer auxiliary supporting surface belongs to high temperature region,and the slope groove between the seal belt and edge results in big pressure drop,so the structure needs to be further optimized.
