中文摘要以自来水回用为对照组,凭借室内土柱模拟手段,采用真菌平板稀释涂布分离法研究再生水回用对土壤真菌群落结构的影响。结果表明:原土样中分离出的真菌分布于10个菌属,自来水回用区土样分离出的真菌分布于9个菌属,再生水回用区土样分离出的真菌分布于10个菌属,其中青霉属(Penicillium)为3个土样的优势菌属;再生水回用使土壤真菌多样性指数和均匀度指数略有降低,而使土壤真菌丰富度指数有升高趋势;3个土样的真菌群落结构为中等相似,其中再生水回用区土样和原土样之间的相似性系数较高为0.7;通过CANOCO 4.5对土壤真菌群落结构与土壤理化性质进行RDA分析表明,有机质、速效磷和全氮含量对枝孢霉属(Cladosporium)、帚霉属(Scopulariopsis)、囊轴霉属(Rhipidium)影响较大。; Indoor simulated testing apparatus was used to study the reaction of fungus community structure under irrigating with reclaimed water,tap water irrigation as control group.There were 10 culturable fungus generas in control soil sample were indicated,culturable fungus of tap water irrigation soil sample had 9generas and that of reclaimed water irrigation soil sample had 10 generas,among the dominant fungi in three irrigation area was Penicillium.Reclaimed water reuse made soil fungus community structure Shannon diversity index and Pielou evenness index decreased,but reclaimed water reuse improved Margalef richness index of soil fungus community structure.Fungus species was medium similar among control soil sample,tap water and reclaimed water irrigation soil samples.Based on CANOCO 4.5redundancy analysis between fungus species and soil physical-chemical properties showed soil organic matter,total nitrogen and available phosphotus had larger impact on Cladosporium,Scopulariopsis and Rhipidium.And soil physicochemical properties had larger impact on soil fungus community structure of reclaimed water irrigation area.
