高钙型三元采出水组成及静沉分离特性研究

中文摘要三元复合驱是一种新型的驱油技术,其采出水的达标回注是制约该技术推广重要的瓶颈.针对高钙型杏二中三元采出水,进行了水质特性分析,采用三维荧光光谱图、GC-MS等进行了有机物组成分析,同时对采出水的油水静沉分离特性进行研究.研究表明,高钙型三元采出水钙和硅质量浓度较高,BOD/COD为0.165 4,可生化性较差,属于中度含盐工业废水.检测出质量浓度高的有机物78种,其中甲基叔丁基醚萃取剂主要是烃类以及烷烃类物质,正己烷萃取剂主要是苯系物以及萘等有毒污染物.静置沉降24后,含油量去除率为81.34%,悬浮物去除率为85.45%,油水分离速度缓慢.; ASP-flooding is a new kind of flooding technology. The produced water reinjection is an important issue restricting the technical promotion. Three-dimensional fluorescence spectra and GC-MS were applied for the research. The composition of organic and oil/water separation characteristics were studied. Results indicated that much more calcium ions and silicium ions could be detected in the high calcium-type ASP produced water. The value of BOD/COD was 0. 165 4. It had bad biodegradability,belonging to moderate salt industrial waste water. The kinds of main organic matters were 78. The extraction agent of Methyl tert-butyl ether was primarily hydrocarbons and alkanes. The extraction agent of n-hexane was a toxic matter,such as benzene series and naphthaline. After physical sedimentation,the oil removal rate was 81. 34%,and the suspended solids removal rate was 85.45%. The speed of oil-water separation was slow.
