中文摘要图形化的LabVIEW语言在测试及自动控制领域具有广泛应用,但在生物技术领域应用较少。厌氧发酵是一个复杂的微生物代谢过程,工艺操作上依然没有摆脱"黑箱作业"的传统模式。针对CSTR厌氧发酵过程的特点,利用PAC硬件系统开发有效的智能反馈控制技术,保证微生物菌群动态平衡和生物能源转化的高效性,是解决当前沼气生产系统普遍存在的效率低下和经济性差等瓶颈问题的有效途径。文章基于LabVIEW图形化语言及实时控制器,介绍了实时监控系统的结构和硬件组成以及各功能模块的关键技术,实现了CSTR厌氧发酵过程智能控制系统的开发,以期提升实验室和规模化厌氧消化系统的设备化和自动化水平。; Anaerobic digestion process is multi-step biochemical process which involves a well-organized community of various microbes. Due to its complexity,the process itself often operated as a"black box"mode with poor efficiency and stability. In order to overcome technical barriers and optimize the biogas production processes,one interesting approach is to develop and apply a suitable monitoring and control strategy,and to manipulate the process operation towards more cost efficient manner. There are different development platform for implementing the automation and control applications. NI LabVIEW has been widely used to develop various application tools for testing and control,however its application in biotechnology is still very limit. The paper presents a supervision control application implemented in LabVIEW and NI multifunction data acquisition system for real-time monitoring and control of an anaerobic fermentation process. The configuration of this control system and key functionalities are presented in detail. The purpose of this study is to gain knowledge and experience to improve the instrumentation and automation of laboratory and large-scale anaerobic digestion system.
