中文摘要	从大会议程、大会政治选举和大会制定纲领性文献三个视角,对中国共产党第十八次全国代表大会和2012年美国民主党、共和党全国代表大会进行比较。结果表明:中国共产党全国代表大会远比美国民主党、共和党全国代表大会具有更多种的民主形式、更严格的民主程序、更丰富的民主内容和更丰硕的民主成果。中国共产党全国代表大会制度更适应中国国情,不仅有利于为全体人民提供国家公益性产品,而且也加速缩小与美国的相对差距,创新了世界独一无二的执政党制度,显示了中国制度的优越性。; Through the perspectives of agenda,political election and programmatic document of the general assembly,the authors compare the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China( CPC) and the 2012 Democratic National Convention with the 2012 Republican National Convention,which indicates the National Congress of the CPC bears more various forms,stricter procedures,and more fruitful achievement of democracy. The system of the National Congress of the CPC is highly compatible to China's real conditions,which not only provides all of the Chinese with national public goods,but also narrows the gap between China and the U. S. A., creates unique institution of the ruling party worldwide,and indicates the superiority of China's system.
