中文摘要	《独立宣言》昭示了殖民地和英帝国"分离"的正当性,但并不必然包括现实的建国方案,这一重任要由1787年美国宪法来完成。后者要在继承《独立宣言》政治理想的前提下,完成关利坚共和国的初步构建。制宪者通过从"分离"到"统一"的政治议程转换、总统制与权力制衡等机制设置,以及完政理念的刷新,为共和主义传统注入新的因素与活力。在此基础上,1787年美国宪法得以走出《独立宣言》,并为后来的宪政变革留下遗产。; The Declaration of Independence indicated the legitimacy of the separation of colonies from the British Empire,but did not necessarily offer an operable scheme for the founding of a republic.The important task was left to the 1787 Constitution of the USA,which was supposed to complete the initial construction of a republic on the basis of the political ideals of the Declaration of Dependence.Through the transformation of the political agenda from separation to consolidation,the set up of the presidential system and power balance mechanism,as well as the refreshment of the constitutional idea,the framers of the constitution injected new vitality into the republicanism tradition,and left a legacy for the future reform of the constitution.
