中文摘要局部放电水平是高压开关设备状态监测的关键指标,目前广泛采用特高频检测法监测气体绝缘组合开关中的局部放电。为此,利用整套GIS设备建立了试验平台,研究了GIS内部典型缺陷产生的局部放电在盆式绝缘子处泄露出特高频信号的频谱特征。利用多传感器同时测量,研究了特高频信号峰–峰值和累积能量经过GIS中盆式绝缘子、L形拐弯结构、隔离开关和电流互感器等结构的传播衰减特性。试验发现:悬浮金属体放电频谱分布在400 MHz~2 GHz之间,而金属尖端放电所泄露出频谱分布在600 MHz~1 GHz和1.4~1.7 GHz之间;GIS结构中快速隔离开关和电流互感器对局部放电信号累积能量衰减约7 dB,隔离开关打开时对特高频信号累积能量的衰减值比开关闭合时大5 dB。根据以上结论优化特高频检测的频带选择,可提高局部放电特高频检测的灵敏度,合理布置局部放电外置特高频在线传感器,提高监测效率。; Partial discharge(PD) level is a substantial index in the online monitoring of high-voltage switchgears. Currently, the ultrahigh-frequency(UHF) method is widely adopted for detecting PD in gas insulation switchgears(GIS). We adopted a whole set of GIS system to build a test platform and experimentally investigated the frequency attributes of the UHF signals generated by the typical GIS defects and leaked from basin insulators. Several sensors were used to measure the UHF signals simultaneously; moreover, the propagation attenuation of the UHF signal's peak-to-peak value and cumulative energy in some typical GIS structures, such as spacer, L-shaped branch, disconnecting switch(DS) and current transformer(CT), were analyzed in detail. It is obtained that PD induced by floating metal has a wide spectrum of 400 MHz~2 GHz, meanwhile PD induced by metallic protrusion has a narrower spectrum of 600 MHz~1 GHz as well as 1.4~1.7 GHz. Fast DS and CT have the most remarkable influence on PD signals with attenuation of 7 dB. When a DS is open, its attenuation effect on the accumulated energy is 5 dB higher than that with the DS being closed. The results can be used to optimize the main frequency band of PD detection, and hence to improve the detecting sensitivity of UHF signals as well as the placement of sensors, and eventually increase the monitoring efficiency.
