中文摘要由于在半导体工业及燃料电池等领域需要大量高纯度的氢气,因而必需对采用重整等工艺方法获得的含杂质气体的氢气进行纯化。采用金属膜对氢气进行分离是一种有效的氢纯化方法。非晶合金薄膜具有强度高、氢溶解度大、耐腐蚀、抗氢脆、成型工艺简单等特点。已有的研究表明,部分非晶合金膜的氢渗透系数已经达到甚至超过目前透氢性能最佳的Pd及其合金膜,而价格仅为其几十分之一,显示出良好的应用前景。本文综述了金属及非晶合金膜在氢渗透方面的研究现状,总结了氢与非晶合金相互作用的表现形式。最后对非晶合金膜在氢纯化方面的应用前景进行了展望。; It is known that there is an increasing demand for high purity hydrogen due to the development of semiconductor industry and fuel cells. So it is important to get high purity hydrogen through various methods of removing impurity gases from the hydrogen containing gas sources. Amorphous alloys are easy forming, high strength materials which can resist hydrogen embrittlement. Present investigations show that some amorphous alloys possess good hydrogen permeability comparable with Pd and its alloys, while the cost is much lower,indicating their potential application. Here we summarize the research progress in hydrogen permeable amorphous alloy membrane and the interaction between hydrogen and amorphous alloys, and finally the possible application is prospected.
