中文摘要 | 以树脂为基体,制备了非晶Fe-Si-B质量分数为20%~80%的环氧树脂基复合材料和酚醛树脂基复合材料。利用XRD、SEM对所制备的材料进行物相组成和微观形貌分析,利用阻抗分析仪对其电学性能进行测试分析。测试分析结果表明,随着导电相含量的增加,复合材料介电常数、电导率均增加,且电导率和频率之间呈较好的指数关系。电抗在整个测试频段内均为负值,且随频率增加而减小,复合材料为电容性。; In this paper,resin was used as matrix to prepare epoxy resin matrix composite and phenolic resin matrix composite,in which the content of amorphous Fe-Si-B powder vary 20wt% to 80wt%.The phase characterization,microstructure and dielectric properties of the composite were analyzed by XRD,SEM and impedance analyzer.The result suggested that both the dielectric constant and conductivity of the samples raised with the increase of the conductive phase,moreover,the conductivity showed a exponential relationship with frequency.The reactance decreased with the increase of frequency,and took a negative value over the testing frequency range which indicated a capacitive character. |
