中文摘要 | An electrical insulation optimum design and electric-field numerical simulation of a 1 MV compact repetitive Marx generator filled with sulfur hexafluoride gas was performed. Two critical insulating regions in Marx generator, modular switch cavity and outer shell were well-designed with compact dimension base on the analysis of sulfur hexafluoride insulating property in static and pulse high-voltage environment, 3D electric-field numerical simulation results of the interested regions indicate that the current design meets the insulating requests of sulfur hexafluoride at 0. 3 MPa. |
