中文摘要	As a part of the joint European and Chinese project MING-T, The convergence of the European DVB-H standard and China DTMB standard is introduced on its key technologies. To realize the handover of the two networks, effective handover algorithms as well as the terminal design are proposed. The functional design of the single-chip dual-standard receiver is also discussed.
