中文摘要 | Temperature dependence of the field-emission characteristics is investigated for the purified single-walled carbon nanotube (SWNT) thin films. The turn-on field and work function decrease with increasing temperature. It is considered that an increase of the carrier concentration with increasing temperature leads to a reduction in the tunnel barrier width, resulting in an enhancement of the emission current.
