中文摘要Nano-SiC/sub p//AZ91D composites were prepared successfully by high intensity ultrasonic method. Tensile strength and yield strength of the prepared composites are superior to those of the matrix alloy as a result of high intensity ultrasonic obviously dispersing nano-ceramic particles in magnesium alloy melts. Tensile strength of the composites makes 200 MPa with 0.5% SiC addition with approximately 40 nm in size, exhibiting a better properties.
