中文摘要In order to provide technical support for the safe running and scientific management of the key mining equipment, this paper suggests a remote monitoring and control system for key equipment in coal-mine based on signal acquisition and data analysis, which mainly employs DSP, signal conditioning and CDMA1X wireless remote monitoring and control technologies. The system is composed of slave microcomputer used for signal acquisition and data analysis, host computer for centralized monitoring and control, and related communications software for signal processing. With a compact structure and reasonable layout, the hardware of the system has the advantages of precise signal acquisition, quick signal processing, and good real-time monitoring and control performance; with a module design, its software has a powerful signal processing capacity. Practice proves that the system is dramatically effective in guaranteeing the safe operation of key equipment in coal-mine.
