中文摘要 | A cloud point extraction process (CPE) utilizing polyoxyethylene 10 laurylether (C/sub 12/E/sub 10/) was developed to enrich the trace organophosphate pesticide in aqueous solution, including parathion-methyl and phoxime for rapid determination of pesticide residues. The effects of the concentrations of nononic surfactant, sodiumsulfate, and organophosphate pesticide as well as the impurity on the CPE behavior were investigated. As the result reveals, CPE is a good technology with a high enrichment times on parathion-methyl and phoxime,which reaches 95 and 97 at most, respectively, and the extraction yield can exceed 90% , when using 5 g ldr L/sup -1/ C/sub 12/E/sub 10/ and 120 g ldr L/sup -1/ Na/sub 2/SO/sub 4/ at 35 degrees C. Combining cloud point extraction with high performance liquid chromatography, the method detect limit (MDL) of parathion-methyl and phoxime can reach 1 mu g ldr L/sup -1/. |
