中文摘要针对国家大剧院和杭州大剧院屋盖复杂的形状,采用了国际上先进的扇形铝镁锰直立锁边防水系统,从原理上杜绝了雨水渗漏的可能。与以往从内部伸出支撑件的做法不同,钛板连接体系将钛板有机地固定在直立锁边防水系统上。整个屋面体系具有抗风变形、防水防潮、保温隔热、隔音、防霉等功能。; Nowadays more and more quality buildings are required to surface roofs and curtail walls with decorative coverings.It is fresh how to connect decorative covering to main structure properly and effectively.For this reason we made a trial in roofing design of the National Grand Theatre and Hangzhou Grand Theatre.The National Grand Theatre is oval-shaped shell structure covered with titanium sheet and curtain wall,among which titanium sheet covered part is standing seam roofing system.The roof covers an area of 30 000 m2 and consists of titanium composite decorative sheet,aluminum waterproof sheet,fiber glass insulation,air barrier damp-proof sheet,acoustic steel sheet,K13 acoustic fiber.Each layer is fixed with connectors.Horizontally circular titanium sheet joints have guide rails for maintenance and cleaning.The use of internationally advanced sector-shaped aluminum alloy standing seam system removes leak possibility theoretically.Being different from traditional methods,which have protruded elements from inside,titanium sheet is properly fixed to the standing seam waterproofing system.Final comprehensive evaluation shows performance of the system,such as wind resistant,waterproof and damp-proof,insulation,acoustic,lightning,fire resistant and anti corrosion,is up to pertinent national standards and "Technical notes" written by Paris Airport Company.
