中文摘要基于感应电机三相定子绕组通单相正弦电流下的电机模型,设计了一种新的感应电机在静止状态下参数辨识的方法。该方法无需做堵转和空载实验,即可得到电机无速度传感器矢量控制系统中所需要的全部参数。为了避免复杂的运算过程,文中提出了一种新的迭代算法替代直接求解非线性方程组。仿真和物理实验证明,该方法辨识精度高、计算简单、实用性强。; Getting accurate motor parameter values before starting the drive is very important for speed sensor-less vector controlled induction motor drives.At present,most methods of the parameter identification need no-load test and locked rotor test.But,in many applications,it is difficult to perform such tests because the machine is usually coupled to the mechanical load.So a method which can provide high precise parameters for the system is required.This paper proposes such kind of method which can acquire all the parameters of speed sensor-less vector control system at standstill,requiring no performing locked rotor test and no-load test.Firstly,the paper introduces the motor model for the identification at standstill.In order to get the motor parameters at standstill,the method applies DC (Direct Current) and single-phase AC (Alternating Current) as excitations to identify the parameters.All the parameters are identified using measured currents only.Secondly,the paper proposes a novel iterative algorithm to solve the nonlinear equations by which the algorithm is simplified greatly and is suitable for the fixed-DSP implementation.Finally,some problems for the implementation are discussed such as the voltage drop of power devices,the inverter dead-time,the motor temperature rising and the rotor skin effect.
