中文摘要	企业内部的专家检索是人们通常遇到的一个问题,通常人们使用企业中网页数据作为数据源进行分析查找。本文工作中我们考虑完全使用企业中公开的邮件列表进行专家查找。电子邮件是人们交流和沟通的主要方式,人们通过邮件进行讨论和传递信息。因此电子邮件是一种很好体现使用人专家知识的信息库,同时电子邮件有很好的格式化特征,这为我们从邮件中进行特征抽取带来便利。我们一共从邮件中抽取了20个特征,包括文本内容信息和非内容的格式信息。实验表明,使用这些特征构造的分类器有就较好的分类性能,在TREC2005的专家评测数据平台上得到了较好的性能。; Expert finding in intranet is a frequently faced problem.People often use the web pages in the enterprise as the source to analysis who is the expert.In this work we employ the emails in corporations to help fred experts.In organizations,people explicitly direct email to one another thus social networks are likely to be contained in the patterns of communication,and it contains precious information about events,activities,works and interests of individuals.We extract up to 20 features from the emails including content relevant and pattern features.The experiments on TREC enterprise show the significant improvement achieved by the expertise propagation algorithm,which demonstrates that the approach is effective.
