| 中文摘要 | 我国自1950年以来就开始有意识地培育区域创新系统以服务当地经济,然而从未有研究检验这一区域框架的有效性。本文通过分析1985-2004期间大学和企业共同申请的专利, 构建了四个历史时期的大学向企业的知识转移网络;然后运用 logit p~*模型,揭示了六个行政区内外的网络特质,进而详尽讨论了中国区域创新系统的演变及其和政策变迁的关系。; China had purposely set up regional knowledge centers to serve the local economy since the 1950s.But whether this regional scheme works has never been scrutinized.Drawing on the Chinese patents jointly applied by universities and enterprises from 1985-2004,knowledge transfer networks from universities to industry in four historical periods were constructed.Using the logit p~*modeling technique,the network properties within and outside the six geographic regions are revealed.The evolution of China's regional innovation system,as well as its relation to the changing policy environment,is hence discussed in detail. |
