黑酸枝和红酸枝的二维相关红外光谱分析

中文摘要采用红外光谱结合二维相关分析技术,对黑酸枝和红酸枝进行了快速鉴别研究。结果表明,二者在一维红外光谱和二维相关红外光谱图上均有明显差别。黑酸枝在1741,1595,1423cm~(-1)处出现的强吸收峰,在红酸枝中没有看到;红酸枝在1619cm~(-1)处的强吸收峰在黑酸枝中看不到。在二维相关光谱中,在1000~1300cm~(-1)内,黑酸枝最强的自相关峰在1190cm~(-1)附近,在1220,1150,1100,1009cm~(-1)处出现很微弱的自动峰。而红酸枝最强的自动峰出现在1009cm~(-1),还分别在1150和1190cm~(-1)出现较强的自相关峰。在1400~1800cm~(-1)波段范围内,黑酸枝只在1645cm~(-1)处有一个强自动峰,而红酸枝分别在1600~1650cm~(-1)和1520cm~(-1)出现强自相关峰。结果表明,黑酸枝和红酸枝的一维红外光谱和二维相关谱差别十分明显,可以用于这两个树种的鉴别。该法快速、准确,为红木树种的快速鉴别提供了一种新的方法。; Heisuanzhi (Dalbergia spp.) and Hongsuanzhi (Dalbergia spp.) are two kinds of Hongmu that are the most valuable timber tree in the world,but it is difficult to identify.In the paper,the fast identification was investigated by Fourier infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and two-dimensional fourier-transform infrared (2D FTIR) correlation spectroscopy.The two kinds of redwood were different both one-dimensioual FTIR spectra and 2D FTIR correlation spectroscopy.In the FTIR,there were strong absorption peak at the 1 741,1 595 and 1 423 cm~(-1)in the Hlsuanzhi,but Hongsuanzhi no.At the same time,Hongsu- anzhi has one absorption peak at the 1 619,but Heisnanzhi no.In the range between 1 000 and 1 300 cm~(-1),one strong autopeak at 1 190 cm~(-1) and four weak autopeaks at 1 220,1 150,1 100 and 1 009 cm~(-1) was aroused by Heisuanzhi in synchronous spec- trum,whereas one strong autopeak at 1 009 cm~(-1) and two autopeaks at 1 150 and 1 190 cm~(-1) was aroused by Hongsuanzhi.Also in the range between 1 400 and 1 800 cm~(-1),there was one strong autopeak on Heisuanzhi,but in the hongsuanzhi,autopeaks were aroused on i 600-1 650 cm~(-1) and 1 520 cm~(-1).The difference of 2D correlation spectra of Heisuanzhi and Hongsuanzhi was obvious.The results proved that 2D correlation spectra could enhance the resolution of infrared spectra and increase the capacity of identification,which make it a powerful,rapid and new approach to identify Heisuanzhi and Hongsuanzhi.
