中文摘要Considerable interest exists in aliphatic polyesters due to their excellent biodegradability, biocompatibility and permeability. Among them, homopolymers and copolymers of lactide (LA) and ε-caprolactone (CL) are especially interesting for their application in the medical field.1-5 However, these polymers suffer from the difficulty of controlled degradation based on their high crystallinity. It is necessary to modify their architectures and properties of these biodegradable polyesters. This work presented the preparation of dendrimer-star block-comb copolymers based on the dendrimer polyester core. A series of dendrimer-star PCLs, star-block dendrimer-PCLs, and dendrimer-star block-comb copolymers with 18 arms were successfully synthesized by combination of living ring-opening polymerization (ROP) and atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) on the basis of dendrimer polyester.
