| 中文摘要 | <正>瑞芬太尼,为六氢吡啶的衍生物,是目前临床应用较广泛的麻醉药之一,有关瑞芬太尼血药浓度的测定方法,文献报道较少。本文建立了液相色谱-串联质谱测定方法,以期为临床合理用药提供可靠的依据。该方法灵敏、快速、选择性强,是复杂体系中微量组分定量分析的理想方 法; For pharmacokinetic studies, a fast and sensitive assay method was developed for the determination of remifentanil in human plasma. The assay method is based on tandem mass spectrometry detection (LC - MS/MS). The limit of quantification is 0. 2 ng/mL and linear up to 50 ng/mL. The precision was found to be adequate for pharmacokinetic studies. |
