中文摘要为研究制冷剂喷射(含气相和气液两相)对热泵空调系统性能的影响,需要建立反映涡旋压缩机内部参数变化的数学模型。基于此,本文建立了适用于制冷空调仿真的涡旋压缩机的分布参数简化模型。推导出适宜于任意渐开线初始角的包含吸气、压缩和排气全过程的分段函数形式工作腔容积模型和泄漏面积模型;将工作过程中的泄漏和排气统一考虑,建立了适合吸气和喷射为气相、气液两相和液相的涡旋压缩机模型,并基于能量守恒、质量守恒方程,用四阶Ronge-Kutta法求解。模拟与试验结果的对比分析表明:该模型能够准确地描述涡旋压缩机的吸气预压缩、压缩泄漏以及排气过压缩等详细工作过程。该研究为涡旋压缩机制冷剂喷射研究及其制冷系统的研究提供了有效工具。; In order to research the effects of refrigerant injection (gas and liquid) on the refrigeration system, a model which can simulate the dynamic process of scroll compressor must be set up. This paper builds a simple distributed parameters model for scroll compressor. Firstly, a geometrical model of working volume and leakage area with discretional initial angles is introduced. Based on it and considering the coherence of leakage, suction and discharge, the thermody namic model include mass conservation and energy conservation is developed. The 4th Runge - Kutta method is used to solve these coupling functions. Finally, the calculation results are compared with the experimental results. It can be found that the calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental results and can express the pre - compression at the end of the suction and over - compression/ under - compression at the end of the compression process. It can be used in the simulation of refrigeration system with a scroll compressor.
