中文摘要炉膛不同高度位置上的气固两相流温度测量是循环流化床锅炉运行的重要参数。在实际运行的循环流化床锅炉对炉膛中的气固两相流温度横向分布进行了测量,发现与流动边界层一样,热边界层存在于边壁区。热边界层的厚度与距离布风板的位置关系不大。但是在炉膛出口窗高度上,侧墙的热边界层厚度受到出口窗的位置的影响,认为由于炉膛出口效应造成的流场不均导致了炉膛出口温度不均匀性,这为Fluent流场计算所验证。测量结果对炉膛各处烟气温度的测量提出了要求,炉膛中下部包括密相区的热电偶伸出长度不宜小于200mm。炉膛出口窗位于后墙两侧时,伸出长度大于200mm的热电偶可以在侧墙上比较准确地测量,但对于出口窗位于后墙中间时,热电偶应插入出口窗的进口主流区。; The temperature measurement of gas-solid two-phase flow at different height is an important parameter for the operation of the circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler. Based on the dates of the temperature distribution in the operating CFB boilers, this paper discovers that there exists thermal boundary layer along the CFB boiler just like the fluid-dynamic layer. The thickness of thermal boundary layer has little relations with the distance away from the air distribution. But at the height of the boiler outlet, the thickness of thermal boundary layer along the side wall is influenced by the outlet. It can be believed that the different distribution of flow field causes the temperature uneven at the outlet of the boiler. And this is proved by the calculation of Fluent. Some suggestion is given from the measurement results. The insert depth of thermocouple can not less than 200 mm at the middle and bottom position along the wall, including the dense phase. When the outlet of the boiler located at two side of the rear wall, the insert depth of thermocouple must more than 200 mm. But when the outlet located at the middle of the rear wall, the thermocouple must insert to the main flow of the outlet to get the temperature.; 国家“十五”攻关项目(200113A401A03); 国家重点基础研究发展规划项目(G2000026309)。
