| 中文摘要 | 就我国的能源消耗及CO_2排放现状,提出应从产业结构调整、能源结构调整、科技创新、消费过程优化及政策法规支持五个方面开展工作,并阐述了各方面所能采取的举措,重点分析了一些具有实践价值的科技创新方向。; Some thoughts on a low carbon economy were proposed to solve the contradiction between economic development and the demands for raw materials and the resulting environment deterioration.From a consideration of China's energy consumption and carbon dioxide emission patterns,it is suggested that work on this should start from five aspects:restructuring of the manufacturing sector,restructuring of energy supplies,use of scientific and technological innovations,optimization of consumption processes, and support by government policies.This paper discussed possible means to implement measures from those five aspects and analyzed some potential technological innovations. |
