中文摘要导弹尾舱舵机系统闭环工作状态下的动力学特性与激励的幅值和铰链力矩有关。给定激励力幅值和铰链力矩情况下,系统输入输出关系可用线性频响函数近似,因此是一个多变量的分段线性系统。本文首先测量了不同铰链力矩和不同正弦扫描激振力下工作状态舵机系统的频响函数,然后采用单自由度系统频响函数模型拟合实测频响函数数据,得到系统第一阶固有频率和频响函数峰值、质量、阻尼和刚度参数在不同铰链力矩和不同正弦扫描激振力作用下的数据。为进一步优化舵机控制系统设计,需要建立满足全部实测数据的频响函数的统一表达式。为此,本文建立了舵机系统质量、阻尼和刚度参数随铰链力矩和扫频正弦激励力幅值变化的单自由度非线性系统频响函数模型,通过二元前向正交最小二乘识别法,将系统各物理参数拟合为正弦扫频激励力的幅值和铰链的预紧力矩的多项式函数(NARX模型)。辨识模型的有效性得到试验结果的验证。; The dynamic characteristics of the close-loop controlled rudder system in the tail cabin of the missile correlate with the amplitude of the swept-sine excitation force and preloaded gemel moment.When excited with a constant amplitude swept-sine force at a given gernel moment,the input-output correlation of the system can be approximated with a frequency response function(FRF) of a linear system.So it is a multivariable piecewise linear system.First,the FRFs of the operating rudder system are measured with different amplitude swept-sine excitation forces at different gernel moments.A FRF model of a single-degree-of-freedom(SDOF) linear system is used to fit the measured data.The first natural frequencies and the corresponding peak values, the mass,the damping and the stiffness coefficients of the FRFs are extracted from the measured data.In order to optimize the design of the rudder control system,a uniform expression of FRF agreed with all measured data is required.A SDOF nonlinear FRF model is presented in which the mass,the damping and the stiffness parameters vary with the gernel moment and the amplitude of the swept-sine excitation.A dual variable forward orthorgonal least estimator is used to determine the NARX(Nonlinear autoregressive with exogenous inputs) polynomial models of the system parameters with respect to the gernel moment and the amplitude of the swept-sine excitation. Finally,the effectiveness of the presented identification method is verified with an experiment.
