中文摘要	目前企业的信息资源配置与管理工作中存在“投入越多、产出越大”的认识误区．针对这种现象,本文利用数理分析的方法对企业内部信息传递与协调的过程进行详细描述,通过深入分析企业信息资源配置的特点与规律,根据企业信息资源配置成本与效用的关系,构建出配置成本的适度规模模型．; "The more investment, the more outcomes" is the erroneous opinion in enterprise's informational resources allocation. This paper research the enterprise's information transfer and coordinate process through mathematical analysis method. On the basis of analysis of informational resources allocation characteristics and rules, this paper constructed the allocation cost moderate scale model which according to the relations between the cost and effectiveness.
