中文摘要	本文通过美国航空网络的演变透视航空业的规律,从而预测中国航空网络的走势,同时提出相关的政策建议。首先回顾了美国航空规制放松的历史,而后引进理论模型:第一个是关于航空网络航线普及率的简单模型;模型之二是FC网络和HS网络的成本比较。在实证分析中,首先用一个例子比较FC网络和HS网络的网络外部性与运输成本来说明FC网络和HS网络的适用性,然后通过中国支线航空市场调查分析FC网络和HS网络在中国的现状。最后是相关的政策建议,可供上海浦东国际机场的定位等现实决策参考。; The rule of aviation industry was discussed through analyzing the evolvement of US aviation network, then the tendency of China aviation industry was predicted. First, the history of the deregulation of US aviation was reviewed, then two theory models were introduced: one was a simple model about the ratio of prevalence of air lines in the aviation network, the other was about the cost comparison between the FC network and the HS network. In the evidence analysis, the applicability of FC network and HS network was illustrated by using a sample to compare the network externality and the transportation cost between FC network and HS network, then the present situation of FC network and HS network in China was explored according to the market research of China regional aviation. At last, relative policy suggestions are proposed, which may be referable for the practical decision-making such as the orientation of Shanghai Pudong international airport and so on.; 国家自然科学基金青年项目“市场化取向的公用事业规制模式研究”(批准号:)
