中文摘要	在基于工业CT的无损检测中,由于衰减系数的微小差异和散射效应,X射线图像对比度较低,缺陷区域与背景难以区分。提出了一种基于二进小波多尺度分解的对比度增强算法。该算法可以分为两步:1)在小波系数空间对不同尺度上的系数进行非线性映射,并乘以相应的抑制因子来降低散射的影响,从而实现对比度的增强;2) 为减弱对比度增强引入的噪声的影响,采用WCMS算法将小波系数利用尺度间关系分为信号或边缘相关系数和噪声相关系数,并针对不同的类别进行滤波。实验结果表明,该方法在引入很少噪声的基础上,可以有效提高X射线图像的对比度并突出细节,进而改善了图像质量。这将对基于X射线图像的缺陷检测和识别工作提供有益帮助。; In non-destructive test based on industrial CT, x-ray images always have low contrast for several reasons and hence it is difficult to distinguish regions of interest from the background. This paper proposes a radiation image enhancement algorithm using multi-resolution decomposition based on dyadic wavelet transform. This algorithm mainly involves two steps: 1) A non-linear mapping is performed first on those decomposition coefficients on different scales, then they are multiplied by corresponding inhibition factors to reduce the impact of scatter and enhance the contrast; 2) In order to reduce the negative impacts of noises introduced by contrast enhancement step, those coefficients are further categorized to signal-related or edge-related coefficients and noise-related ones, and are filtered according to the two categories respectively, Experiment results reveal that this method can increase the contrast of x-ray images with little noise introduced and therefore improve the quality of x-ray images. This would be of great help to the following work of defect detection and defect recognition.
