中文摘要球形粉煤灰微珠具有良好的分散性和流动性,由于表面光滑、活性盖,难于与聚合物基体形成牢固的粘结,从而影响了材料的宏观性能;重质碳酸钙、白云石等矿物粉体作为填料被大量地应用于塑料、橡胶和涂料中,但由于颗粒表面在粉碎过程中形成的平整晶体解理面和锐利的棱角,导致填料颗粒与聚合物之间的界面相客性较差。在 Ca(OH)_2-H_2O-CO_2体系中, 通过化学方法成功地制备出比表面积大、与聚合物基体具有良好结合性能的新型复合填料。通过控制操作参数,表面包覆率可以达到100%。对复合重质碳酸钙、复合粉煤灰微珠在聚合物中的填充应用的结果表明,复合颗粒的填充性能与力学性能明显优于未包覆颗粒。; The purified FA cerospheres are suitable as polymer filling materials because of low density,good dispersity and fluidity of globular particles.However,FA as a filler hasnot been widely used up to now on account of low friction of un- treated FA surface.Mineral powders such as ground calcium carbonate (GCC) and dolomite am widely used as fillers in plastics,rubber,paper,paints and other fields.The interface compatibility between the polymer matrix and the mineral particles is relatively weak,both because of the smooth cleavage surface and the sharp particle edges formed during pul- verizing.It is beneficial therefore to modify the surface properties of mineral powders before they are used in a polymer composite.In this paper we report the successful preparation of eomposite mineral particles,coated by nano-particles of 0. 1~1 μm particle size,by chemical reaction using the Ca(OH)_2-H_2O-CO_2 system.The degree of nano-particle cover- age can reach 100% if the operating parameters are effectively controlled,and the specific surface area can be increased to two times the value before modification.Mechanical testing of polypropylene(PP)eontaining composite FA eerospheres and GCC powder as a filler show an increase in filling properties compared to similar samples prepared using conventional filler powder.
