中文摘要在实验室利用AR反应器培养生物膜,研究了在各种培养条件下达到稳态的生物膜对化合氯消耗的影响。结果发现:在生物膜的作用下化合氯的消耗可分为两个阶段,即前6 h的快速消耗阶段和6 h以后的稳定消耗阶段,其中稳定消耗阶段可以用零级动力学模型来描述。达到稳态的生物膜含生物量越多,对化合氯的消耗速率越快,且稳定消耗阶段的消耗系数与培养生物膜所用配水的AOC浓度呈线性正相关;增加剪切力可以提高化合氯向生物膜内部渗透的速率,从而导致其消耗速率加快。; The influence of the steady biofilm developed in the annular reactor(AR) on combined chlorine decay was studied.The results show that the whole process of combined chlorine decay in the presence of the biofilm can be divided into two phases,the first phase with the fast decay during the first six hours and the second phase with the steady decay after six hours.The steady decay phase can be described with zero-order kinetic equation.In the steady decay phase,the decay coefficient has a positive linear relation to AOC concentration in reference water used for the development of biofilm.Combined chlorine penetration velocity into the biofilm increases with increasing the shearing force of flow.Furthermore,it can speed up the decay of combined chlorine using the biofilm.; 国家高技术研究发展计划(863)项目(2002AA601140)
