中文摘要采用羧基丁苯聚合物和羧基聚丁二烯,通过直接共混的方法对纳米CaCO3进行包覆改性,并用索氏抽提法、FT-IR、TEM以及沉降体积测试等手段进行表征。结果表明,这两种聚合物成功地包覆在纳米CaCO3的表面,二者的适宜用量均在13%左右,包覆率分别为11%和6.8%,包覆效率分别为85%和52%;包覆后的粒子棱角钝化并且接近球形;表面由亲水变为亲油,在非极性溶剂中的分散性得到改善。; Nanometer calcium carbonate has important applications in the field of polymer modification.However,its hydrophilic nature leads to poor compatibility with polymer,for which,surface modification is often necessary.In this study,nanometer calcium carbonate was encapsulated with carboxyl styrene-butadiene rubber latex or carboxyl terminated polybutadiene by direct mixing with the dilution of polymer.Obtained particles were characterized by Soxhlet extraction,FT-IR,TEM and sedimentation experiment.The results show that the encapsulation of either polymer on the surface of nanometer calcium carbonate was successfully achieved.Optimum loading amount of polymer is 13%,corresponding to encapsulation ratio of 11% and 6.8%,and encapsulation efficiency of 85% and 52%,respectively.After the encapsulation,the shape of nanometer calcium carbonate particles changes from polyhedral to approximately round.Surface character of particles becomes from hydrophilic to hydrophobic,and the dispersibility of particles in hydrophobic solvent gets improved.
