中文摘要 | 综述了低温等离子体在聚合物多孔膜表面亲水化改性领域的研究与应用进展。在简要介绍等离子体技术的原理、方法的基础上,讨论了Ar、He、O2、N2、CO2、H2O、NH3和SO2等非反应性和反应性气体的等离子体表面处理,烷基醇、烷基胺、烯丙基醇和烯丙基胺等饱和及不饱和单体的等离子体沉积聚合,以及烯类单体的等离子体引发的接枝聚合等等离子体方法,对膜表面和膜孔壁的化学组成和形态结构、膜亲水性的获得及其时效性、膜水通量和蛋白质抗污染性等方面的影响。; This paper reviews recent developments of the hydrophilic modification of porous polymer membranes by the low temperature plasma method,with 46 references referred.After a brief description of the plasma principle,three plasma treatment techniques,plasma surface treatment technique by some unreactive and reactive gas,such as Ar,He,O-(2),N-(2),CO-(2),(H-(2)O),NH-(3) and SO-(2),plasma deposition polymerization by saturated and unsaturated monomers,such as alkyl alcohol,alkyl amine,allyl alcohol,and allyl amine,and plasma induced graft polymerization by the alkene monomer with a polar group,are discussed applying in the membrane surface hydrophilic modification.Their effects on the chemistry structure and morphology structure of both the membrane surface and pore wall,on the degree and permanence of the hydrophilicity,and on the improvement of water flux and the protein antifouling of the modified membrane,are summarized.; 国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)(2003CB615701); 国家自然科学基金资助项目(20476045) |
