中文摘要 | 为了制备激光防护材料,采用原位聚合法制备了水溶性聚苯胺/多壁碳纳米管复合材料。通过红外光谱分析、紫外-可见光光谱、透射电子显微镜等表征,用方形四探针法测量薄膜电导率。结果表明,水溶性聚苯胺包裹在碳纳米管表面,聚苯胺包裹层的厚度大约在15~25nm;复合材料的薄膜电导率较水溶性聚苯胺的电导率提高了一个数量级。复合材料水分散液在低入射光强下透光率接近85%时;入射光强达到2.5J/cm2,透光率降至11%。因此,复合材料水分散液的光限幅性能优于碳纳米管,具有良好水分散性,有望实现材料的器件化。; Water-soluble polyaniline(PANI)and multi-walled carbon nanotube(MWCNT)composites were prepared using in situ polymerization for use as laser protection materials.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy and transmission electron microscope observations indicate that the aniline molecules were adsorbed and polymerized on the surface of the MWCNT.The PANI/MWCNT composites were 50-70 nm in diameter and the polyaniline layer was 15-25 nm thick.The conductivity of the PANI/MWCNT film was one order higher than that of the PANI.The normalized transmission of the PANI/MWCNT suspension was about 85% at low input energy,compared to 11% at 2.5 J/cm2.Optical limit measurements show that the PANI/MWCNT composite has better optical limits than the MWCNT. |
