| 中文摘要 | 电力资源的有效配置需要完整的电力市场交易体系及其协调运行机制的保证。在一般商品市场交易体系的基础上,结合电力商品的特殊性,提出了"期货交易发现价格,规避风险;远期交易保障供给,稳定价量;现货交易即时平衡,价格引导"的市场功能体系以及"期货为塔基,远期为塔身,现货为塔尖"的市场结构体系,从而形成完整的电力市场交易体系。深入分析了上述交易体系形成的价格信号体系和交易流通机制,揭示了促进不同交易市场的相互联通和协调运行的机理,证明了这一交易体系的协调运行保证了电力商品的高效流通和电力资源的有效配置。; The effective resource distribution of power market is guaranteed by a complete electricity transaction system and its coordinative operation mechanism.Based on general commodity transaction system and the particularity of electricity,a complete electricity transaction system was proposed,which formed by multi-market function system and a multi-market layer system.Moreover,by analyzing the price signal system and the transaction & circulation system of the proposed system,it disclosed the connection and coordinative operation mechanism of different transaction markets and furthermore demonstrated the high effectiveness of electricity circulation and power resource distribution. |
