中文摘要研究了Mo对新型空冷低碳Mn-Si-Cr系列贝氏体钢CCT曲线的影响。针对低硅和高硅情况,研究了少量Mo对新型空冷低碳Mn-Si-Cr系贝氏体钢不同温度回火后组织和性能的影响。结果表明,试验钢中添加少量Mo元素能有效延迟CCT曲线高温先共析铁素体转变,降低Ms点,但对中温转变影响较小。加入少量Mo对组织影响不明显,但含Mo钢的回火脆性曲线向右推移,峰谷值出现的回火温度升高,在高Si钢中更为突出,将回火脆性温度提高了100℃左右。到高温回火阶段,无Mo钢的冲击韧性高于含Mo钢。; The effect of Mo on CCT curve of new-typed air-cooled low carbon Mn-Si-Cr series bainitic steels was investigated.Furthermore,to the steels with high and low Si content,a small amount of Mo′s influence on tempered microstructure and properties was studied.The results show that a small quantity of Mo can effectively delay pre-eutectoid ferrite transformation and decrease Ms temperature,but has little influence on medium-temperature transformation.The microstructure is hardly affected by addition of Mo either.While Mo addition in a small quantity would postpone onset temperature of tempering embrittlement,especially in high-silicon-contained steels,with the temperature of temper embrittlement rising about 100 ℃.In addition,after high temperature tempering,the impact energy of steels with Mo is lower than that of steels without Mo.; 国家重点基础研究(973)项目(2004CB619105)
