中文摘要采用中碳(LZ5089、LZ5091、LZ5093)、高碳(LG5095、LG5097)鳞片石墨制备出厚度为1mm的5种柔性石墨板,并与0.2mm厚的双面冲刺低碳钢板复合,分别加工成2mm厚复合密封垫片;通过化学分析、力学性能测定和SEM分析、研究了柔性石墨的微观结构和碳含量与力学性能的关系;对柔性石墨、复合密封垫片进行了泄漏率测试,同时与石棉橡胶板和无石棉衬垫板的密封性能作比较;研究结果表明,低含碳量的柔性石墨复合垫片具有优良的密封性能和环保性能,价格与石棉橡胶板等基本相同,完全满足恶劣工作条件下农机对密封垫片的性能要求。; In this research, five types of flexible graphite(FG) sheets (1 mm thick) were manufactured by using intermediate carbon (LZ 5089, LZ 5091, LZ 5093), high carbon (LG 5095, LG 5097) and scale graphite respectively, and they were processed into gaskets (2 mm thick) reinforced by mild-steel plate (0.2 mm thick) with double faces long-thrust. By employing chemical analysis, SEM and mechanical measurements, the relation among the carbon content, microstructure and mechanical property of FG was studied. According to German standard (DIN 28090、DIN 28091) issued in 1995, the performances of FG sheets and gaskets were characterized by a self-designed instrument for quantitative measurement of leakage. Compared with the commercial non-asbestos sheet and asbestos-fiber sheet, the reinforced composite gaskets of FG with lower carbon contents possessed excellent usable performances and environmental compatibility. Based on the researches above, it was shown that FG gaskets could virtually meet the using requirements under the abominable conditions for agricultural machinery, and could be used as substitutes for conventional sealing materials.
