中文摘要随着社会文明的进步,人类对自身健康的关注,外科植入物的需求市场越来越巨大,它所带来的社会效益和经济效益也越来越引人瞩目。中国人口众多,基数大,对外科植入产品的需求也大,但这些产品主要还是依赖进口,面对这样的机遇与挑战,发展具有我国自主知识产权的产品具有无以言喻的意义。纳米晶胶原基骨移植材料正是这样一种产品。该材料是根据仿生学原理,采用自组装方法制备而成的。在成分与分级结构上与自然骨高度相似,生物相容性好,可生物降解,动物体内的骨缺损修复试验结果良好,迄今已成功应用于4000多例临床患者,结果令人满意。目前,在将产品推向国际市场的同时,正致力于新一代系列产品的研发。; The present status of intellectual property (IP) of surgery implants in the world is reviewed. Chinese fraction of IP of surgery implants is as low as about 2%. As there is a great need for surgical implants for various clinical applications, it is of great signif icance to develop more IPs of surgery implants in China. Taking nano-hydroxyapatite/collagen (nHAC) based bone graft as an example showed how a product of surgery implant with own IP could be developed. nHAC graft is biomimetically synthesized by self-assembling processing, inspired by bone regeneration througt callus evolutions. The nHAC graft is highly similar with autograft bone in both hierarchical structure and composition. It has been demonstrated clinically that nHAC bone graft is an effective substitute for autograft bone.
