| 中文摘要 | 马克思主义认为,不能离开一定的经济关系抽象地谈论公平正义问题,必须从生产力与生产关系、经济基础与上层建筑的矛盾运动中去把握公平正义问题。社会公正问题与社会主义初级阶段的生产力水平不高有关,也与我国社会主义制度的优越性没有得到充分发挥有关。维护和实现社会公平与正义,是中国共产党坚持立党为公、执政为民的必然要求。正确处理社会公正问题,一方面要深化政治体制、经济体制、社会体制等改革,提高执政党推进社会公正的能力;另一方面要将思想建设和制度建设有机结合,始终保持执政党的党员干部的先进性。; According to Marxism,we can not talk about the equity and justice issues abstractly without a certain economic relations. And we should hold them in the contradictions between productive forces and the relations of production and between economic base and superstructure. The problem of social justice is related to the low productivity level in the primary stage of socialism,and also to the poor play of superiority of the socialist system in China. Safeguarding and realizing social equity and justice is the inevitable demand for the adhering to the principle of building the party for the public and exercising state power for the people of Chinese Communists party. To approach the problem of social justice properly,on one side,we need to deepen the reforms of political system,economical system and social system,and improve the capacity of the ruling party to promote social justice; and on the other side,we must proceed with Party building ideologically and institutionally and always maintain the advanced character of Party members and cadres.; 教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地(北京大学)课题“社会公平与和谐社会”[05JJD710124]子课题的最终成果 |
