| 中文摘要 | 目的利用超声检查精索静脉曲张(VC)在男性不育与一般人群进行对比,寻找对男性不育比较实用易行的检查和筛选方法。方法使用高频探头检查74例不育患者和57例一般人群,观察精索静脉内径、静脉返流实验,结合实验室检查精液生殖力进行对比观察。结果不育患者中VC远较正常人群高,呈显著性差异(P<0.01)。化验精子数及活跃度在有无VC的人群中亦有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论在男性不育患者中VC远较正常人群高,是男性不育的常见原因之一,因此十分必要对男性不育患者进行常规多普勒超声检查。; Objective: Ultrasonic diagnosis was utilized for the study of the relation of the varicocele and male sterility, in order to search the simple methods for diagnosis and screening of male sterility. Methods: Seventy-four patients of male sterility and 57 normal adults were investigated by ultrasonography with 7.5MHz probe of high resolution. The diameter of spermatic vein, the test of regurgitation of blood flow were measured and spermatic fluid was examined. Results: The varicocele was higher in the male sterility than normal adults(P<0.01). The number and activity of sperm between normal adults and varicocele had significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusions: The incidence of varicocele was higher in male sterility than normal adults, it was one important cause of male sterility. Therefore, the common examination of varicocele was necessary to the patients of male sterility by Doppler sonography. |
