中文摘要胚胎植入是生殖过程的重要环节,是影响妊娠的关键。胚胎植入是一个胚胎-母体相互识别、相互融合的复杂过程,受许多因素调控,其中母胎界面免疫调节平衡尤为重要。对母体来说胚胎是一种半同种移植物,但在整个植入过程中,胚胎并不被母体排斥,其中包含极其复杂的免疫调节过程。在母胎界面的免疫网络中任何一个环节出现问题都有可能引起母体对胚胎的排斥,导致胚胎植入失败。综述胚胎植入期母胎界面免疫调节机制的研究进展。; Embryo implantation is an important link of reproductive process and the key point of gestation. It is a complicated process of mutual recognition and integration between embryo and mother. And embryo implantation was regulated by many factors, especially the immunoregulation balance on maternal-fetal interface. During the whole implantation process, the embryo, as a semi-homograft, won't be repulsed by mother in the complicated immunological regulation network. The problems of any links of the immunological network on maternal-fetal interface may cause the rejection to embryo and then the failure of embryo implantation. This article reviews the research progress of immune modulation on maternal -fetal interface during embryo implantation.
