中文摘要为了对U_3Si_2-Al弥散型复合燃料板破坏的微观机理与演化过程进行深入分析,为其在实际服役失效过程提供一定的参考,采用带加载台的扫描电镜实时观测U_3Si_2-Al弥散型燃料板拉伸与弯曲的变形过程,通过数字散斑相关技术,将不同变形阶段的扫描电镜照片进行相关分析,得到燃料板的位移场分布,进而分析其变形演化过程与微观破坏机理。结果表明,U_3Si_2-Al弥散型复合燃料板的破坏模式主要表现为芯体裂纹的萌生、扩展和失效,芯体与包壳冶金结合性能较好,拉伸及弯曲过程中未出现明显的剪切破坏。; The failure of U_3Si_2-Al fuel plate may be predicted by analyzing the evolution of its microscopic failure mechanisms. Speckle images of U_3Si_2-Al fuel plates were obtained by in-situ observations with scanning electron microscope (SEM) during tension and flexure tests to analyze the microscopic failure mechanisms. Displacements in the samples were extracted using the digital speckle correlation method (DSCM) during the deformations. The results indicate that the failure mechanisms of U_3Si_2-Al fuel plates during tension and flexure are crack initiation, propagation, and failure of the fuel layer, without shearing failure between the fuel-cladding sintering interfaces.; 国家自然科学基金资助项目(10376015)
