中文摘要水泵吸入池内流动恶化时,空气会被吸入泵体,引发振动、空化和效率降低等后果。本文开发设计了电容式空气含量测量仪,对模型水泵吸入池内空气的吸入量进行了测量。试验结果表明,当流速增加时吸入空气流量会增加;当水位增加时吸入空气流量也会增加;相同流动工况下,在所给三种角度挡水墙中,d=30°时吸入空气量最小,流动最平稳。所以选择适当的挡水墙角度可以改善吸入池内的流动,减少吸入空气流量。; Air can be absorbed into a pump if the flow in the pump suction becomes turbulent, which results in vibration, cavitation and low efficiency in the pump. The experiment on entrained air amount measurement has been carried out by using the capacitance air void meter which was manufactured by authors. The experiments results show that the entrained air amount increases if the flow velocity or the water depth increases, and that the entrained air amount is smallest relatively when the angle of the anti-vortex wall equals d=30℃. The flow can become smooth and entrained air amount can decrease, if the angle of the anti-vortex wall is selected appropriately.
